Oven Roasted

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place burgers on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Turn over and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Pan Fry

Place burgers in a preheated skillet with light oil and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.



Salmon Burger with Yogurt Dill Sauce - Image

Hand Crafted Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 Salmon Burgers
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • ½ Red Onion, diced
  • Coarse Black Pepper and Kosher Salt to taste
  • 4 Brioche Buns
  • 1 Cup Baby Arugula
  • 1 English Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Chives, minced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place burgers on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Turn over and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Mix together Vinegar, Mayonnaise, Yogurt, Dill and Red Onion. Season will Salt and Pepper and lightly fold over until blended. Place Arugula and Salmon Burgers on Buns. Top with Cucumbers and spoon Yogurt Dill Sauce over both. Sprinkle with Chives and serve.
