Rastelli Foods: Opened in 2003, Rastelli Foods is a 50,000 square foot, state-of-the-art processing plant in Swedesboro, NJ.

Rastelli Global: Opened in 2005, Rastelli Global is a 110,000 square foot building in South Jersey for distribution to U.S. Military Prime Vendors.

Rastelli Seafood: In 2006, Rastelli Foods acquired Black Tiger Seafood and began operations of Rastelli Seafood in Egg Harbor, NJ.

Rastelli/Metzgermeister: In 2007, Rastelli Foods acquired 49% ownership at a new manufacturing plant in Puerto Rico for food processing and cooking operations.
