Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Remove chicken strips from package, drain excess marinade and place into air fryer basket or rack and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish or tray with non-stick baking spray or line with foil. Remove chicken strips from package and discard along with excess liquid. Place chicken strips onto dish or tray, move into oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Stovetop: Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add a tablespoon of water and heat. Remove chicken strips from package and place into skillet, adding all excess liquid from package before discarding. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly to keep from burning.
*Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. Please ensure that all chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165°F by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat.
