Description: Full Time / First Shift

Major Responsibilities:

  • Process customer shipping packets and invoice the customer according to individual requirements;
  • Direct communication with customers regarding inquiries on their account;
  • Coordinate work with other departments;
  • Misc special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills;
  • Computer literate;
  • Good phone skills;
  • Ability to ask questions when necessary;
  • Responsible and organized and able to follow up on open issues;
  • Preferably from an accounting/customer service/billing background with college degree.
